  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively across all functions, levels, and departments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established protocols and procedures and exercise limited judgement and discretion

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Supervisory experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Serving as the front desk receptionist, greeting and routing visitors and guests
  • Supervision of student workers and additional front desk receptionist
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing inventory and organization of all office supplies
  • Preparing requisitions
  • Assisting with meeting setups
