The Event Coordinator oversees the implementation, execution, and follow-up for events hosted on- and off-campus. Creates invitations. Selects sites. Creates seating arrangements. Negotiates with florist, caterers, event space staff, print shops, etc. Manages on-site contract staff, students, and etc.

The Occupational Therapist PT plans and administers prescribed occupational therapy treatments to assist patients and students to improve or restore their maximum functional level on a part-time basis.
Biomedical Researcher II - 526827
The Biomedical Researcher II oversees biomedical research projects and assumes responsibility for the day-to-day activity supporting project. Preschool Teacher Assistant - 526820
The Preschool Teacher Assistant provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages two months to five years. Works closely with the preschool teacher in planning and managing a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the preschool teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty.

The Purchasing Assistant aides in procurement-related activities at the college or University level.

The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.

The Concierge greets and directs guests. Provides administrative support. Serves as initial point of contact for guests entering facilities.

The Case Advocate I conducts all phases of advocacy for individuals and classes of persons with disabilities for whom legal rights have been denied. Assists with intake work, case investigations, representation, negotiation, administrative remedies, and providing information and referral services throughout the State of Alabama. Presents to consumers and the public concerning the rights of persons with disabilities and current legal issues affecting individuals with disabilities. Works collaboratively with Clinical Students and Law Clerks, Senior Advocates, and Attorneys.
Leadership Development and Community Engagement Director - 526789
The Leadership Development and Community Engagement Director leads and directs community leadership development initiatives and student intern placements in multiple Alabama cities that seek to create research and external funding support for faculty and staff as well as increased experiential leaning opportunities for students that that have societal impact and comprehensive research practices at their core.
Associate Director Institutional Effectiveness - 526791
The Associate Director of Institutional Effectiveness provides continued efforts to develop and maintain an efficient process of institutional effectiveness.
