The UREC Student Employment Manager oversees and plans all student personnel functions for the department to include centralized hiring, onboarding, training processes, payroll oversight, and skills/leadership development programs for ~400 undergraduate and graduate student employees. Provides experiential learning programs and services which foster engagement in campus life and maximize the student learning experience. Supports University Recreation’s mission to serve as a provider of activities, services, and employment opportunities that accentuate the needs and desires of the University community.
IT Project Manager I - 527316
The IT Project Manager I serves as a facilitator for projects led by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and provides guidance to IT operational managers and project teams across campus. Focuses on best practices for project management on both departmental and enterprise-wide IT projects. Manages smaller, less complex, critical and non-critical IT projects requiring knowledge in project management. Oversees, creates, and implements project plans.
IT Project Manager II - 527317
The IT Project Manager II serves as a facilitator for projects led by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and provides guidance to IT operational managers and project teams across campus. Focuses on best practices for project management on both departmental and enterprise-wide IT projects. Manages medium, moderately complex, critical and non-critical IT projects requiring knowledge and demonstrated expertise in project management. Oversees, creates, and implements project plans. Provides feedback and mentorship for entry-level OIT project managers.

The IT Project Manager III serves as a facilitator for projects led by the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and provides guidance to IT operational managers and project teams across campus. Focuses on best practices for project management on both departmental and enterprise-wide IT projects. Manages larger, more complex, critical IT projects requiring advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in project management. Oversees, creates, and implements project plans. Provides feedback and mentorship for other OIT project managers.
ASSIST Industry Program Manager - 527323
The ASSIST Industry Program Manager advances the University's mission to accelerate innovation, drive commercialization, and amplify economic impact through robust engagement with industry and public sector partners. Aligns faculty research strengths with market opportunities, supporting translational development of early-stage technologies, and cultivating high-impact public-private partnerships. Coordinates research strategy, guiding proposal development, facilitating commercialization pathways, and implementing innovation programs; particularly those focused on industry-facing collaborations.
