Job Summary: The Admissions Associate I provides clerical and administrative support for the admissions and scholarship processes under close supervision. Processes and reviews applications, transcripts, and test scores. Prepares admissions reports. Communicates with prospective students and guardians.
Additional Department Summary: Assists with daily data entry into Banner by means of processing high school transcripts, ACT and SAT test scores, as well as undergraduate admission and imaging of application documentation. Posts data entry, files are reviewed for an admission evaluation. Performs other duties include the processing of Banner or Slate generated reports as well as responding to phone inquiries and emails.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: Four (4) years experience in a complex, automated, computerized office environment. Experience working in undergraduate admissions, particularly in the areas of data processing and operations.
