Pay Grade/Pay Range:  Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6)

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some nights & weekends as needed.


Job Summary: The Crimson Scholars Program Coordinator assists with the daily administration of the Crimson Scholars program in First Year Experience. Implements curriculum for the Crimson Scholars program. Manages mentor team selection. Oversees administrative tasks such as attendance tracking for student scholarship requirements. 


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.


Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff in a collaborative manner. Strong relationship building skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Social Work, or Counseling. Program development, program coordination, and case management experience.
